6 Weight Loss Tips To Stay Thin
1. Try to portion your food. Control how much you eat during a day. You should eat 4 smaller meals rather than 2 big meals. You shouldn't pile your plate with a ton of food. Control it
2. Eat slowly! It's actually hard sometimes I know, but if you chew slowly you are less likely to eat too much. Try to enjoy the food and take your time eating your meals.
3. When you go shopping don't park your car too close to the store. I know I used to drive around for an hour to find the perfect parking spot :) Instead of doing that park your car at the end of the parking lot. It won't hurt you to walk to the store.
4. Don't eat the food you don't like. Sometimes we tend to eat whatever we see on the table or is in the fridge. Try to eat food that you like and that should help you eat less.
5. Make sure not to eat the same food every week. Switch it up and integrate some veriety. It will help you digest better too!
6. Eat fresh! Ye, it's not easy as it sounds but eating packaged foods is really bad for you. Processed and packaged foods have usually higher amount of sodium and other toxins that are bad for your health.
